Alice SpringsHours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9 am – 5 pmAnnual Leave: 6 weeksThis Aboriginal Art gallery is seeking a dynamic Gallery Sales Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will represent contemporary Aboriginal art, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. A great opportunity to sink your feet into the red sands of Alice Springs and its beautiful surrounds and liaise directly with artists in our vibrant on-site artist studio. We are a close-knit team with a passion for supporting artists and growing the Aboriginal art industry. This is Aboriginal Art is a member of the Aboriginal Art Association of Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers and offering tailored advice on artworks.
- Responsible for in-gallery sales, as well as developing new wholesale avenues.

Ensuring the gallery is displayed well & stocked.
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers and artists.
- Managing & creating artwork documentation, invoicing, and answering customer inquiries.
- Proven sales experience and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to learn about Aboriginal art (previous knowledge is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
