Finance & Business Manager 

Located on the coast in the city of Wollongong, the heart of Dharawal Country, an hour south of Sydney, Merrigong Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company which operates Wollongong’s Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC), and the Wollongong Town Hall. We also create, commission, produce and present exciting, innovative professional theatre.  

Merrigong Theatre Company is now seeking a Finance & Business Manager (30 hours per week) to oversee the company’s financial functions, provide input into the ongoing strategic direction of the company and lead a small efficient team of three direct reports (FTE 2). Applicants should be a strategic thinker and have strong experience in business analysis have a sound knowledge of accrual accounting, MYOB experience, and the ability to produce accounts to audit standard. Applicants should also be good communicators committed to supporting a positive team culture.
