Education Administrator, NSW NT & Tas

If you are passionate about music and education, this is a great entry level role to start your arts management career.
Permanent Part-time: 30 hours/4 days per week
In this support role, you’ll be the first point of contact for teachers and musicians while providing crucial administrative and marketing assistance for our celebrated In Schools program. Working closely with the Education Manager, you’ll process bookings, coordinate digital resources, manage evaluation activities, and help organise professional development sessions for educators. This position offers the perfect opportunity to contribute to our vision of creating a music-rich future for all Australians.
We’re seeking an organised self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a flexible team environment. The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of administrative experience in a not-for-profit or arts organisation, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred, and musical or educational background is highly desirable.
