Digital Graphic Designer

The Digital Graphic Designer Co-Ordinator will work across Contiki, Costsaver, Trafalgar, Insight Vacation and Luxury Gold and help define TTC Tour Brands within our Industry.

About the role  We are looking for a talented digital graphic designer who has a passion for digital and social projects with skills in video editing, motion graphics and digital design. Print knowledge is extremely desirable as well, but not essential. The candidate will be able to work to brand guidelines as well as having the ability to bring their own ideas and conceptual flair to projects big and small. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 working days in our Bondi Junction office.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for producing marketing collateral for campaigns and executions across our tour brands Contiki, Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold and Costsaver.
  • Providing design solutions to support both B2B and B2C activity such as brand campaigns, tactical & partnership promotions, incentives, acquisition initiatives and engagement/retention comms
  • Designing digital marketing campaign assets for web, display, EDM and social channels
  • Taking a lead in the design of digital and video projects for the studio
  • Building automated ad templates
  • Assisting in the design of offline/print materials
  • Delivering compelling design concepts following existing brand guidelines
  • Collaborating with Brand Marketers to take creative briefs from initial concept through to completion, whilst also delivering smart regionalisation options for globally produced assets

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an in-house design studio or within an agency environment
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency with Adobe XD/Figma
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing capabilities
  • Experience in designing digital assets for social media channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest)
  • Ability to multi-task and progress several projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great design skills combined with a focus on results and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and passion regarding design trends and innovation
  • Great communication skills and openness to collaboration
  • Adaptability, agility and commitment to team success
