They are dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality developments that redefine urban living. As their company grows, we are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging digital content for their multi-residential and mixed-use property projects.
• Create visually compelling digital assets including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to produce interactive and dynamic content that enhances their brand presence.
• Design and optimise user-friendly website interfaces and user experiences.
• Develop animations and multimedia content to effectively showcase their property developments.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with digital design trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
• Strong animation experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, including web design, animations, and multimedia content.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly digital content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
