Development Manager WA (Maternity Leave Cover)

If you are passionate about music and education this is a great opportunity to develop your arts management skills.

Part-time Fixed- term: 30 hours/4 days per week (14 months – June 2025 to August 2026)  

Musica Viva Australia relies on the generosity of its supporters to help bring its mission to life- giving audiences access to the performances, education programs, new works and tours for which they are renowned. This role plays is crucial to developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Musica Viva Australia’s philanthropic and private income-related outcomes, in Western Australia.

With demonstrated experience in fundraising and relationship management, ideally gained in the arts or the broader not for profit sector, the successful candidates will display excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will see them engaging easily with stakeholders both internal and external in driving the organisation’s philanthropic agenda. An interest in and/or knowledge of the arts scene, classical music and music education will be fundamental.
