Communications Officer - Multimedia Designer

The Opportunity

As an effective Communications Officer – Multimedia Designer you will lead the production of high-quality creative multimedia design for internal and external communications strategies.

You will have experience in all areas of graphic and multimedia design from conceptualisation to final production and will be confident adapting styles to suit briefs across digital and traditional media. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge in all areas of graphic and multimedia design in the context of corporate communications.

As a Multimedia Designer you will be responsible for (including but not limited to):

  • Applying multimedia concepts across a range of digital channels as part of cohesive communications and awareness campaigns
  • Engaging with current trends in the visual design space and thinking of creative and effective ways to present material.
  • Maintaining and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective visual communications to support communications strategies
  • Working collaboratively with subject matter experts to produce storyboards, digital assets, animations, composite video and print documents and ensure consistency across visual and written communications
  • Designing and implementing evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of multimedia communications

Demonstrated experience with graphic and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar is required.
