Your role

You will lead the development and delivery of our communications strategies that connect with diverse audiences, elevate our profile and the public value of arts and creativity. You will play a pivotal role in re-defining our presence, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our targeted audience.

Deliver strategic communications

Create and implement targeted communication plans to promote campaigns, special project and events.

Lead and inspire

Manage and mentor your direct team members, ensuring the successful delivery of corporate communications.

Manage impactful communications

Oversee the corporate communications calendar to ensure the timely release of information and prioritisation of resources.

Grow and strengthen audience connections

Work with stakeholders to expand existing and new audiences and ensure key messages are shared effectively.

Build reputation and trust

Strengthen our brand and community relationships by contributing to content for storytelling and consistent messaging.

Be the go-to adviser

Offer guidance and support to senior stakeholders in developing tailored corporate communications.

Analyse and optimise

Track campaign performance by providing insights and recommendations for greater impact and engagement.
