As a newly formed entity, Experience Gold Coast is focused on supercharging tourism, events, arts & culture, and education outcomes for the City of Gold Coast.   

HOTA (Home of the Arts) is seeking an experienced and visionary Commercial Program Lead to drive our annual program of commercially successful entertainment and contemporary cultural events.

This senior artistic leadership role is pivotal in curating HOTA’s commercial entertainment landscape, ensuring a dynamic, high-quality, and financially sustainable program.

You’ll be the one to:

• Curate a vibrant, diverse program that blends creativity with commercial smarts

• Lead projects from idea to applause — programming, partnerships, budgets and all

• Spot exciting opportunities, secure standout acts, and build strong industry relationships

• Work closely with our internal teams to make the magic happen — on time, on brand, and on budget
