ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to the increasing demands of our successful Cultural Venues, we are seeking a tech savvy, art enthusiast to support the seamless delivery of events across the region. The Box Office & Digital Content Officer provides efficient and effective support services to the arts, culture and heritage team by building cinema and ticketing experiences for customers through content creation, promotion and liaison with   musicians, artists, promoters, agencies and Council staff. Do you want to be a part of a collaborative team where you will gain experience across multiple Arts Venues that house both theatres and cinema productions as well as exhibitions? In this exciting opportunity, you will identify opportunities for process improvement within the ticketing and box office space as well as support the organisation with raising awareness of upcoming shows.

ABOUT YOU:

To be a success in the role you will possess previous box office or ticketing experience, preferably for a similar venue or theatre. In addition, you will have knowledge of website development, with a knack for content development and marketing. In addition to your technical capabilities, you will offer high levels of customer service, maintaining accuracy and detail in your work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
