Our client specialises in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, delivering exceptional quality and creative excellence. They are seeking a talented Associate Architect to join their dynamic team and take a lead role managing their luxury residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities For Associate Architect

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute architectural concepts for a variety of projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications for Associate Architect:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Registered Architect.
• Experience leading luxury residential developments.
