We are currently seeking a creative & enthusiastic Assistant Graphic Designer to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for travel & is eager to grow their career in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the role

As our Assistant Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our team of Marketing Specialists to create visually compelling designs that engage our customers and promote our wide range of tours. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be hands-on in the creation of digital and print materials, which assist in elevating our brand presence by ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining high design quality.

Your other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the design and creation of marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media content and advertisements.

• Supporting the Graphic Design & Video Specialist in developing and executing design concepts in line with our branding and marketing goals.

• Preparing artwork for print advertising, ensuring files meet technical specifications and are print-ready.

• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to produce visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including our website, social media and email marketing.

• Assisting with preparation of presentations for event presentations & internal meetings.

• Undertaking other general marketing administrative tasks as required.

About you

The successful candidate will be creative & eager to learn. Possessing a solid foundation and some previous experience in graphic design, you will be tertiary qualified in a related field. You will be a strong communicator (both written & verbal) who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
