An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architect / Architectural Graduate to join the talented team at Hancock Architects.   You will play a key role in the design and delivery of high-quality architectural projects for a diverse range of residential clients.  We encourage a strong creative and constructive team environment and the development of professional skills with the opportunities for a long-term career.

The role will require your involvement in:

• Running projects from project inception through to site administration
• Collaborating with the design team to conceptualise and develop innovative architectural solutions
• Preparing detailed design documentation, including 3D visualisations
• Coordinating consultants and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Providing support throughout the various stages of the design and construction process
• Participating in client and stakeholder meetings to understand their requirements and present design proposals

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

• Prior experience in bespoke single residential design is essential.
• A degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar architectural role, either as a Graduate or Registered Architect
• Strong design skills and the ability to visualise and communicate design concepts
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, Archicad, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality and innovative architectural solutions
