Position: Architectural Building Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create detailed architectural plans and drawings.
• Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop design concepts and construction documentation.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Assist in site inspections and provide technical support during project execution.
• Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD with a strong understanding of its tools and capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design (some experience required).
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
