Architect
Position Overview: Our client, a leading architectural firm, is seeking a dynamic Architect to contribute to the design and execution of diverse building projects. This role encompasses various phases including feasibility, concept design, documentation, tendering, construction, and post-construction. The Architect will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s reputation as a premier architectural, interior design, and landscape consultancy.
Location: Brisbane, QLD Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Lead and manage project teams from concept to completion, ensuring that all deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- Oversee the preparation and production of all technical drawings and documentation.
- Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient construction of projects.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking and marketing the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Registered architect or graduate of architecture accredited by AACA.
- Minimum 4 years of Australian experience.
- Proficient in REVIT documentation, with a focus on commercial architectural projects.
- White Card preferred.
- Experience in large-scale, complex projects involving BIM Manager and BIM Management Protocols for documentation delivery desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and complete projects across all phases of delivery from inception to completion desired.
