Architect

Roth Architecture is looking for an Experienced Architect to join our office located in the heart of Sydney’s most distinctively influenced heritage suburbs.

Alex Roth, the director of Roth Architects is passionate about creating functional designs that do not compromise on creativity and innovation.

This role is perfect for an experienced Architect, with 3-5 years of experience, that shares a passion for Heritage and Conservation to work on a variety of residential designs that marries historical heritage values with complementary modern design.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed plans and architectural drawings from Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC), Tender Documentation (TD), and Tendering.
• Excellent understanding of construction knowledge, Building Codes (BCA), and National Construction Codes (NCC)
• Collaborate well within a team to establish goals and encourage growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in Architecture and Construction
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
