The Programme Administrator takes the lead role in managing artist and presenter administration relating to Woodfordia Inc.
Woodfordia is a not-for-profit, community driven organisation with our 500-acre headquarters at Woodfordia, approximately five minutes drive from Woodford in SE Queensland, Australia. Woodfordia’s mission statement is to stimulate, facilitate and foster the preservation and promotion of folk culture for the common good.
The Programme Administrator is the support role for the Programme Manager, taking the lead role in managing administration and logistics relating to the event, and assisting with coordination of the Programme Team of the Woodford Folk Festival. The Programme Administrator is the key point of contact for artists and the general public concerning enquiries for programmed events throughout the year. The successful applicant must be available from Christmas Day throughout the festival period.

• Demonstrated capacity to work well under pressure and decision-making abilities with qualities of maturity and judgement
