PASSAGE Artist Development Program

PASSAGE is an initiative of Redland City Council introduced in October 2022 and redefined in 2024, delivered as a year-round Artist Development Program. The program provides a professional incubator for emerging and established artists, creating opportunities to develop skills with and alongside industry professionals. Facilitated by Redland City Council’s Creative Arts Unit, individuals and organisations working in the arts and cultural sector will be supported with in-kind or financial resources, as determined by their specific needs over the course of 12-months. The aim is to promote the role and value of creative expression and artistic development as key drivers of diverse, vibrant, and connected communities.

PASSAGE is delivered by Redland City Council (RCC) in partnership with the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
