Login using the email address associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking the Forgot my Password link.

Once you’re logged in, click the Upgrade or Rejoin button next to your name at the top of the website and follow the prompts.

You can opt-out of future payments at anytime by going to My Account and clicking Cancel.

Personal members may need to accept the terms of our new billing portal Chargify.

You may see a message "You have an unconfirmed subscription" Enable this so you can manage and edit your membership through the new billing portal.

Once this has been accepted you can cancel or modify your membership billing details.

For Organisation Members a memberships officer will get in contact to finalise your membership cancellation.

Personal Members have access to all paywalled content in Jobs and News.

Organisation Members have access to all paywalled content in Jobs and News, plus advertising discounts and the ability to add multiple account users.

Student Members have access to all paywalled News content. Please note, you must have a valid student email ending in .edu.au. If your student email does not use this please email our membership team

Login to your account. Once logged in you can access your Dashboard and My Account.

In My Account you’ll see your current membership plan, renewal date, newsletter preferences and any saved content or advertising you’ve listed or drafted.
