Join us for an exciting acrylic pouring class in Brisbane where you’ll learn all the techniques needed to create your own unique masterpiece. No experience is necessary – this workshop is perfect for beginners like you!
In this class, we will guide you through the entire process of acrylic pouring. You’ll learn how to mix your paints to the correct consistency for a dirty pour, how to create a dirty pour, and how to prepare your canvas for the paint. We’ll also teach you how to form patterns in the pour and explain the fascinating chemistry behind how the paints settle and blend. Additionally, we’ll cover important topics such as drying and curing your picture, as well as instructions for sealing.
By the end of the class, you’ll have completed one large acrylic pour or two 8×10 acrylic paint pour pictures. Imagine the sense of accomplishment and pride you’ll feel when you get to take home your completed artwork! Your item needs to dry and cure for 7 days before pick up.
Our studio, located in Petrie near the stunning Lake Kurwongbah, provides a cozy and welcoming environment. We can accommodate larger groups upon request and have all the essential amenities, including tea, coffee, and water for our guests. The studio is wheelchair accessible, with only a slight step up. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We also welcome NDIS clients. Caroline, our instructor, is a registered nurse and specializes in working with NDIS clients. Support workers are welcome to attend at no cost, and Caroline is available to travel to you for a small fee, within a 30-minute radius of Petrie. If you have any specific requests or questions regarding your participation in a class, please don’t hesitate to message us.
