Manic pixie clownboy is a video and mixed-media installation by Mira Oosterweghel that explores themes of queerness, archetypes and pop-culture.
The work takes inspiration from cowboys, folk horror, 90s kids show Round the Twist and Commedia dell’Arte.
Presented in collaboration with videographer Ella Sowinska.
