From literary talks to choir sing-a-longs, art exhibitions to facepainting, this year’s Alumni Festival has something for everyone.
Highlights from our program include a live recording of the Secret Life of Books podcast where hosts Sophie Gee and Jonty Claypole pit Jane Austen against Shakespeare, new exhibitions at Sydney College of the Arts, and the School of Architecture, Design and Planning graduate show.
You can catch our talented students and alumni taking music to unexpected corners of the campus through this year’s pop up music program, join in with a pub-choir style opening event on the Quadrangle lawns, and event watch the Sydney University Musical Society’s 64th Annual CarolFest.
Plus, on the day there’ll be plenty to explore on campus with tours, kids activities, workshops, roving entertainment, an alumni creators and innovators showcase, food trucks, facepainting, interactive research displays, fireworks and so much more.
This is a free event. Some venues have a capacity: make sure you register to secure your spot and so we can update you of any changes.
All are welcome – we look forward to seeing you on campus!
Note: Accessibility information is available on program listings. If you have any concerns, please contact the Alumni Office and we will do our best to accommodate you – alumni.office@sydney.edu.au.
