Each year Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair (DAAF) Foundation welcomes our participating Art Centres and supporters to join the exclusive Opening Ceremony celebration. You too can be part of this special night, and be amoungst the first to shop the Fair!

​Experience the rich diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, design and culture at the 18th Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair (DAAF), returning to Larrakia Country and online, 9-11 August 2024.

As part of the Opening Ceremony on the 8 August, take an exclusive first look at the Fair before it officially opens to the public, and join the celebrations with welcome speeches, and a traditional dance performance. 

Ethically purchase artwork direct from over 70 Indigenous owned Art Centres, with 100% of all sales made going directly back to support the artists and their communities. 

Come together on Larrakia Country, and engage with the contemporary creations of the world’s oldest continuous living cultures. 

Times: 5.30pm to 8.30pm, Thursday 8 August, 2024
