Your Ad is live for 90 days or the closing date, whichever comes first. 

You can manage, delete, edit and re-list all your Advertisements in your MY ADVERTS of your MY ACCOUNT

Events can be extended after they expire. Simply get in contact with team if you wish to do so or there are any issues.

Any Ads that have finished will appear in the CLOSED section of your MY ADVERTS.

Organisation Members receive listing credits when joining and renewing memberships.

The amount of credits vary depending on membership tier and are displayed when advertising any of the listings in the pricing table, in the checkout process and in your MY ACCOUNT.

Credits do not apply to our managed Featured+ tier of advertising.

Login using your previous email address associated with your account. If you have forgotten you can recover your password using the "forgot my password" function.

Once logged in you will see an UPGRADE button next to your name at the top of the website.

We accept Visa & Mastercard and Bank Transfer.

Organisation members have the option to pay via Bank Transfer and be Invoiced.

Not an Organisation member and unable to pay via credit card?

1. Create a Job Ad and fill in ALL the job details.
2. Save you Job Ad as a draft
3. Contact: membership@artshub.com.au to request an invoice.
4. Once the invoice is paid your Job Ad will be published by ArtsHub.
