Back to the Future: The Musical set for 2025 Sydney premiere

Everything you need to know about the Olivier Award-winning musical, which is based on the 1985 film starring Michael J Fox and opens in Sydney in September.

Back to the Future: The Musical, which won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Musical in 2022, will have its Australian premiere at the Sydney Lyric Theatre in September.

Rehearsals have commenced and the countdown is officially on until Back to the Future: The Musical makes its Australian premiere this month. The production, from the creators of the original film trilogy, will welcome its first audiences at the Sydney Lyric on Friday 26th September 2025.
