Delegates at REAP, PAC Australia’s 33^rd annual Performing Arts Conference, were urged to rethink the purpose of arts centres by some leading thinkers on community and arts.

A panel with speakers from the UK, the US and Australia canvassed different models for activating communities and artists to transform arts centres into creative community hubs.
