Millennials, also known as Gen Y, are the generational demographic cohort aged between 18-34 years old, and who are rapidly becoming the highest proportional representation of the workforce.
‘Millennials have now just become the largest demographic on the planet, making up two billion people, which is one in three in the global population,’ researcher and futurist Rocky Scopelliti told ArtsHub.
