More international tourists flock to art than wineries, casinos or sport

International arts tourism has grown at a higher rate than overall international tourism over the last five years, according to a new report.

Today (19 November), the Australia Council for the Arts has released a new report on the state of international tourism, with the healthy conclusion that the arts are ‘a bigger drawcard for international tourists than wineries, casinos or sport.’
