When the Australia Council’s Sandra Collins kicked off the 2015 series of five free Making It In Moreland workshops for local artists last Saturday with the Funding: New Directions session on arts grants for individuals, groups and organisations, she began with an acknowledgement of ‘the elephant in the room’.
