$3,000 up for grabs for Victorian composers
In collaboration with Darebin Music Feast, the Melbourne-based world music orchestra Orkeztra Glasso Bashalde is hosting the 2015 Composition Competition with a $3,000 prize haul up for grabs for Victorian composers of instrumental music.
The Orkeztra predominantly plays music from the Balkan, Middle Eastern and Eastern European regions and is looking for tunes that reflect the melodies and styles of those regions.
