What the new trade agreement means for the arts

Two years ago the leaders of the nine Trans-Pacific countries announced the achievement of the broad outlines of an ambitious agreement to enhance trade and investment among them.

The agreement covers the elimination of tarrifs, regulatory coherence, enhancing domestic and regional competitiveness, helping small to medium enterprises to trade internationally and liberalising markets to help development.
