Victorian Opera has had the privilege of being led for the past seven years by a passionate advocate of the arts in education in founding music director Richard Gill and is lucky to have the incoming artistic director Richard Mills every bit as committed to its extensive and inclusive suite of programs that provide for everyone from school age to Masters students and regional singers under 25 in its Youth Opera Program.
