Curator and writer, Naomi Cass has worked in the fields of contemporary art, craft and design since completing her Honours degree at the University of Melbourne. as director of Centre for Contemporary Photography (CCP), Melbourne, Naomi worked on the first National Indigenous Photographers’ Forum in 2009. Recent exhibitions at CCP include, In Camera and In Public (2011) and Simryn Gill: Inland (2009), both presented as part of the Melbourne festival.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Honestly? An opera singer and/or a medical practitioner.
