Resumes can’t be too long – keep it to no more than two pages — and keep your sentences short and concise. The person reading your resume wants to get a snap shot of your experience and see if it fits with what they’re after. You have to grab their attention by making it simple and clear that you have experience relevant to what they need.
Don’t go into detailed explanations of all the duties you have had in your previous positions – it’s unlikely the people assessing your application will have the time to read it all. And they might miss crucial information. Prospective employers want to know what you have achieved and how; not your past job descriptions.
