Bell Shakespeare’ s Learning programme is about ‘bringing Shakespeare off the page and onto the stage’, showing students and teachers across Australia how timeless and relevant the bard’s plays are even after 400 hundred years. But reaching some Aussie kids is easier than others.
For students in regional and remote areas Bell Shakespeare runs two very special programs, one for their teachers, the Regional Teacher Scholarship, and one for aspiring young actors, the Regional Performance Scholarship.
