13 projects score $3M Australia Council touring investment

Latest Playing Australia round backs touring productions across the nation, especially for regional and remote areas.

The performing arts sector receives another raft to weather the COVID-storm with Australian Council’s nearly $3M injection through Playing Australia to support touring acts in 2022.

Preparing for a revitalisation of performances across the nation including regional and remote areas, Hon Paul Fletcher said: ‘As the vaccine rollout continues at a strong pace, it’s important that our arts touring sector is primed to restart when permitted to do so.’
